Book the meeting

Pick a college from your list, name the person you're meeting and their role - head coach, assistant, recruiting coordinator, athletic director, academic advisor - and choose how you're meeting: phone, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype, or in person.

Write your prep notes

Before the call, jot down what you want to ask - roster spot, position fit, academics, aid, whether the school opted in to revenue sharing. Nobody thinks of the good question live.

Show up on time, both times

Each appointment displays in your timezone and the college's, with the meeting link right there. Subscribe from your calendar app and it arrives with the reminders you already trust.

Record what happened

Afterwards, write follow-up notes and next steps, mark the meeting completed, and chain a follow-up appointment straight from it if the coach asked to talk again.
